Not customizable

Used to be customizable. Now it isn’t. The absolute worst productivity-killing change to the recent updates was the fact that you can’t just take screenshots anymore, now you have to choose a “Are you sure?” dialog after each one! The fact that you can’t choose “never ask me again” makes it much harder to use this app than the many other solutions out there.

Yeah, that may sound like a small thing, but trust me, use it for a few days and you’ll see what I mean.
