Round-tripping between Evernote Main App and Skitch

Round-tripping between Skitch and the Evernote main app leaves something to be desired.

Heres the problem, as described by the workflow:
1. Save a PDF in Evernote. (You have one PDF.)
2. Launch Skitch from inside Evernote and make edits to the PDF. (You now have two copies of the PDF. )
3. Launch Skitch from inside Evernote again and make more edits to the PDF. (Now you have THREE copies of the PDF.)

Rinse. Later. Repeat. Each edit adds another copy of the PDF into your main Evernote app.

My hope is that the clever boys and girls can do Phil Libin proud, by making it possible to keep ONE copy of the PDF in the Evernote main app, no matter how many time you make edits to it in Skitch.
